These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and [Operator: legal entity name] (“we”, “us”) governing your use of Kairoset (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces, including actions taken by members you invite and by API keys or AI agents you authorise. Workspace owners control membership and roles.
2. The Service
The Service lets you compose, schedule and publish content to third-party social networks and other destinations. We may improve, change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions in paid functionality.
3. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on the APIs of networks such as X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google/YouTube and TikTok. Your use of each network remains subject to its own terms and policies. Networks may change or limit their APIs, rate limits or approvals at any time; we are not responsible for their availability, for content they reject, or for actions they take on your accounts. If you connect YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display it solely to operate the Service — for example to publish it to the channels you select at the times you choose. You confirm you have the rights needed to publish your content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing content, or spam;
- violate any network’s terms, including rules on automation, authenticity and coordinated behaviour;
- access accounts or data you are not authorised to, or attempt to breach the Service’s security or isolation;
- overload the Service, scrape it, or circumvent usage limits or fair-use safeguards;
- resell the Service except under a written reseller or white-label agreement with us.
We may suspend content or accounts that put the Service, networks or other users at risk.
6. Plans, billing and fair use
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. “Unlimited” features are subject to reasonable fair use and to the rate limits imposed by each network.
7. AI features
AI suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, including content drafted or scheduled by AI agents you connect through the API or MCP server.
8. API and integrations
API keys are confidential and tied to a workspace. We may rate-limit or revoke keys that are abused. Webhook endpoints you configure receive event data from your workspace; you are responsible for securing them.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination you can request an export of your content for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that any post will be published by a third-party network.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms or of a network’s terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Operator: governing jurisdiction], and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify account owners of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
